Ⅰ型干扰素的信号转导及临床应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪60年代,干扰素(IFN)作为一个重要的细胞因子被人们所认识,并开始研究.由于IFN的抗病毒,抑制肿瘤增殖及免疫调节功能,现已被广泛地应用于临床上治疗多种疾病,但就其作用机制和临床应用仍在不断探讨之中.近年来,国内外诸多学者对有关IFN的信号通路研究有了新的进展,临床应用也有许多新突破,特别在肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、白血病及造血干细胞移植方面的应用及对免疫系统的调节作用上,IFN更是目前研究的热点.
