间充质干细胞在造血干细胞移植中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)是一群具有干细胞样特性的基质细胞.因MSC具有自我复制、多向分化和免疫调节等特性,近年来其在造血干细胞移植(HSCT)中应用的研究越来越广泛.现就其生物学特性、在HSCT后治疗移植物抗宿主病(GVHD),以及MSC与造血干细胞(HSC)共移植促进植入和预防GVHD的研究进展综述如下.
