摘要
实验分为 4组 :空白对照组、CAV感染组、IBDV感染组、IBDV_CAV混合感染组。选择IBDV发病严重期 (6日龄 )与CAV发病严重期 (13日龄 )测定并计算各组鸡的法氏囊、胸腺和体重的比值 ;分离外周血、法氏囊和胸腺中的淋巴细胞 ,加入适量的刀豆蛋白 (ConA)和商陆凝集素 (PAM)作为有丝分裂刺激原 ,利用MTT法检测实验鸡免疫细胞的功能变化 ;统计死亡率 ,绘制死亡曲线。研究发现 ,IBDV与CAV的混合感染较单独感染严重降低了感染鸡免疫活性细胞的增殖功能 ,并同时增强了IBDV或CAV的致病力 ,出现两次死亡高峰 ,病死率达 10 0 %。
We have researched on alteration of clinical symptoms,immune functions and mortality between young chicken infected with IBDV or CAV alone(IBDV group or CAV group)and in combination with them(IBDV_CAV group)in the laboratory.When the chickens were in the serious ill period(6days,13days post_inoculation),the bursa_to_body weight ratio(b/B),thymus_to_body(t/B)weight ratio of 4 groups were assessed and compared.T_cells or B_cells were collected from the chicken of every group.They were stimulated by Concanavalin A(Con A)or Phytolacca Americana Mitogen(PAM).The immune function was assessed by MTT method.The results proved that the immune function of T_cells or B_cells of IBDV_CAV group was lower than IBDV or CAV groups.The pathogenicity of combining infection with IBDV and CAV was stronger than infection with IBDV or CAV alone.There were two peaks on mortality curve of IBDV_CAV group,the mortality was 100%.
