兔大肠杆菌病二价蜂胶灭活疫苗的研究

从分离鉴定的 15株致病性大肠杆菌中 ,筛选出 2株流行广泛 ,致病力强 ,免疫原性好 ,具有血清型 (0 10 3、0 85 )代表性的大肠杆菌作为制苗菌株 ,以蜂胶为佐剂 ,研制出的兔大肠杆菌病二价蜂胶灭活疫苗 ,使用安全 ,免疫效果好 ,保护率达87%以上。该苗在 4℃保存期为 8个月以上。在黑龙江、辽宁两省免疫 2万只家兔 ,1～ 2年的观察表明 ,用苗后兔群未出现不良反应 ,且用苗后仔兔成活率由 5 0 %左右提高到 85 %以上 。

Fifteen strains of rabbit pathogenic E.coli were isolated and identified.From these stains,2 different serotype strains with strong pathogenicity and good antigenicity, were selected as candidate strains,which had widespread epidemically.Proplis,which can induce immune responds, so we has been used as immune adjuvant. selected proplis as adjuvant and prepared bivalent vaccine.The vaccine had good immunogenicity and could be used safely and conveniently.Its protection rate was 87% and the duration of preservation lasted for 8 months.
