摘要
通过添加带双键硅烷偶联剂对淀粉改性、利用流化床喷动塔制备树脂包膜尿素。采用旋转黏度计法和水浸泡法分别研究包膜液黏度、加与不加偶联剂的包膜尿素氮素释放特征,进而探讨了偶联剂和淀粉用量对包膜尿素特征的影响。结果表明:在偶联剂作用下,包膜液的黏度稍许增大,氮素释放速率降低。从成本、环保和性能综合考虑,偶联剂最佳用量为淀粉质量的1%。
With the help of silane coupling agent containing double bond, resin coated urea was prepared in a spout- fluidized bed. The viscosity of coating fluid, and nitrogen release property of urea with and without coupling agent were researched via rotating viscometer and water immersion method, respectively. The effect of amount of coupling agent and modified starch on performance was discussed. The results indicated that under the function of coupling agent, the viscosity of coating fluid was a little bit increased, and the nitrogen release rate had a certain degree of delay. If taking into account the cost,environmental protection and performance,the optimum amount of coupling agent added to starch was 1%.
