摘要
以T型截面异型材为对象,结合正交试验表L16(43)用数值模拟方法对气辅挤出成型中滑移段长度、挤出流量和松弛时间对挤出胀大的影响进行研究,结果表明:气辅挤出段长度对挤出胀大的影响最大,其次为松弛时间,挤出流量的影响最小,增加气辅挤出段长度、减小挤出流量和松弛时间可以减小挤出胀大。
The influence of gas-assisted length, flow rate and relaxation time on the die swell had been studied by means of orthogonal experiment table L16 (4^3 ) and numerical simulation for the T-shape plastic profile. The influence on the die swell showed that the greatest was the gas-assisted extrusion length, the next was the relaxation time and the least was the flow rate. The die swell could be reduced by increasing the gas-assisted extrusion length and decreasing the relaxation time and flow rate.
