摘要
提出气流辅助熔体微分静电纺丝方法和装置,电纺得到纳米级的聚乳酸纤维(PLA)。利用正交实验测试了纺丝过程中的主要工艺参数——风温、风速、电压、聚乙二醇(PEG)含量对纤维直径和标准差的影响。实验结果表明:PEG含量对纤维直径有最显著的影响,其次为电压、风温和风速。而对纤维标准差影响由大到小分别是风速、风温、PEG含量和电压。
Air-assisted melt differential electrospinning approach and device were proposed. Nanoscale polylactic acid (PLA) fiber was obtained. Orthogonal designed on the major spinning parameters such as air temperature, air speed, applied voltage,PEG content was carried out. Experimental results indicated that PEG show the most significant effect on fiber diameter followed by applied voltage, air temperature and air speed. The effect of factors on standard deviation of resultant fibers could be listed in the following order: air speed, air temperature, PEG content and applied voltage.
