摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热失重法(TGA)以及流变仪等分析手段,对不同PP/OMMT/POE的热性能和流变行为进行分析,结果表明:OMMT的加入使样品的应力松弛时间有所延长,耐热分解性能得到提高;POE的加入使PP/OMMT/POE三元复合材料的应力松弛速率更慢、热分解温度更高,具有更高的结构稳定性和热稳定性。
Thermal properties and rheological behavior of PP/OMMT/POE with different proportion were investigated in detail by scanning calorimetry (DSC) , thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and rheometer. The results showed that stress relaxation time of samples were extended and thermal decomposition performance of samples was improved with the addition of OMMT. In addition,by adding POE into PP/OMMT compound, relaxation rate of PP/OMMT/POE was slower, while thermal decomposition temperature of PP/OMMT/POE slower was higher. Structural stability and thermal stability of PP/OMMT/POE were higher compared with PP/OMMT' s with the same content of OMMT.
