几种高分子材料在吐鲁番干热试验场的光学失效行为 被引量:10

Optical Performance Degradation of Several Polymer Materials Exposured in Dry-Hot Climate of Tulufan

摘要 对聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚丙烯(PP)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)4种常见高分子材料在吐鲁番干热试验场暴晒12个月的表面形貌、光泽、色差等光学性能的变化进行了研究,并利用皮尔逊相关系数法考察辐照和温度对样品老化的影响。结果表明:PP、PS、PC等出现了较明显的老化失效现象,光泽测量结果与表面形貌变化一致,而色差结果则稍有差异。并且PS、PC的老化主要受辐照影响,而PP、HDPE一定程度上会受温度的协同影响。 The surface morphology,gloss and color differential of several polymer materials exposured in Tulufan dry-hot climate district had been studied, and the synergistic effects of radiation and temperature on weathering also been investigated by means of pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that after exposured in Tulufan for 12 months,PP, PS and PC were dramatically degraded, gloss change was cohere with surface morphology change, but color differential was somewhat an exception. Meanwhile,the degradation of PS and PC were mainly effected by radiation,but PP and HDPE were co-effected by radiation and temperature.
