当前,中国比历史上任何一个时期都要更加接近于实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,这使中国共产党站在了新的历史起点上。在新的历史条件下,贯彻群众路线要做到"五个必须",即:必须站稳群众立场,始终站在人民群众的立场上;必须树立群众观点,强化为民务实清廉的价值追求;必须坚持"从群众中来,到群众中去",建立健全科学的决策机制;必须加强作风建设,集中解决"四风"问题;必须建立健全相关制度,形成长效机制。

Currently, China is closer to the Chinese dream of realizing the Chinese nation＇s great rejuvenation than any other time in history, which makes the Communist Party of China stand at a new historical starting point. Under the new historical conditions, we must do ＂five essentials＂ to carry out the mass line. The CPC must stand firmly and always stand on the position of the masses; the CPC must establish the mass viewpoint, and strengthen pragmatic and honest people value pursuit; the CPC must adhere to the ＂from the masses to the masses＂ , and establish a sound scientific decision-making mechanism; the style building must be strengthened, and the CPC must focus on the ＂four winds＂ problems; the CPC must establish and improve relevant systems, and form a long-term mechanism.
