Marx＇s human thought is an important part of Marx theory, in which Marx not only discusses the connotation of human＇s free and comprehensive development, also points out the conditions and ways of achieving the comprehensive development of man. In Marx＇s theory as the guiding ideology, from the perspective of people＇s natural attribute, socialattribute, attribute of the spirit, from the macro point of view, the paper attempts to construct the mechanism of promoting all-round development of students; and according to Marx on the realization of human＇s free and comprehensive development path dependence, and in the micro perspective it the important gives measures to promote the all-round development of students.
