加强高校辅导员队伍建设的实践与启示

党的十八大勾画了中国未来发展蓝图,首次将"科学发展观"确立为党必须长期坚持的指导思想,对建设中国特色社会主义,全面建成小康社会作出了战略部署;为大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的更高的要求。辅导员是高校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,是培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的组织保障。因此,高校要从健全辅导员队伍体制、机制建设出发,开阔思路,创新辅导员工作方法,切实提高辅导员队伍工作的实效性。

The eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China outlined a blueprint for China＇s future development. It first applied ＇scientific development＇ as the long-term guiding ideology for Party. The Congress made a strategy in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and a well-off society in an all-round way. It puts forward new and higher requirements for college students＇ ideological and political education work. College counselors are the backbones who engage in moral education work and carry out the ideological and political education in colleges and universities; they are instructors and leads college students＇ healthy growth; also they are the organization guarantee for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialist cause. Therefore, the universities should perfect the construction of counselor team system and mechanism, open mentality and innovate working methods to improve the effectiveness of the counselor team.
