国土绿化是一个结构复杂 ,因素众多 ,动态多变的生态系统。文章通过运用系统工程理论与方法论述了国土治理 ,环境保护 ,生态平衡的措施 。
Land virescence is a dynamic ecosystem with complex structure and many factors. Land control, environment protection and ecological balance were discussed based on theory and method of systems engineering.
