摘要
采用香石竹的茎尖 ,用 MS培养基 ,添加不同种类和浓度的植物激素 ,对香石竹的茎尖培养和组培快速繁殖技术进行了系统的研究并取得初步成功 ,现已形成一套完整的香石竹优良种苗繁殖技术。
Stem tip culture and rapid reproduction technology of carnation were studied and primary fruits were obtained. The stem tips were cultured with MS culture medium along with adding different kinds of phytohormones with different concentrations. So far, a complete set of reproduction technology of fine carnation seedlings has been formed. The research will provide a scientific base for industrialized seedlings of carnations.
