Varietal identification of rice (Oryza spp.) by ultrathin layer isoelectric focusing of seed protein

利用超薄等电聚焦电泳技术对 2 0个水稻品种进行了鉴定 ,发现 19条蛋白质带在不同品种间表现出多态性。利用这 19条蛋白质带和种子外观形态上的差异 ,可将 2 0个品种中的 11个品种完全区分开 ,另外 9个品种可分为两组。

Ultrathin layer isoelectric focusing of seed protein was used to identify 20 rice varieties collected. 19 protein bands were found to be polymorphic among the 20 varieties. With these 19 polymorphic protein bands and the seed morphological differences among the tested varieties, 11 varieties out of the 20 varieties could be identified individually from each other, and the 9 varieties left could be identified as two different groups.
