胃窦脓肿1例并文献复习 被引量：1

Gastric Antral Abscess:Report of A Case and Review of Literature

摘要 病例：患者男,41岁,因“上腹部胀痛1周”于2013年6月3日就诊于杭州市萧山区第三人民医院消化内科.患者1周前饮酒后出现上腹部胀痛,初呈阵发性后转为持续性,无进行性加剧、无背部放射痛,伴嗳气,无反酸、呕吐、腹泻,无胸闷、心悸,无气促、头晕.发病以来胃纳差,睡眠尚可,大小便正常.既往体健,否认肝炎、肺结核等传染病史,否认高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管病史,否认食物、药物过敏史以及外伤手术史.
