摘要
比较了 8种不同蜡液对温州蜜柑果实贮藏性的影响。经 85天贮藏的试验结果表明 ,蜡液能增进果实的色泽 ,降低失重和呼吸速率 。
Fruits of Citrus unshiu Marc.var.Owari were treated with 8 wax coating solutions with different commercial or experimental formulations. All the wax coatings tested improved the appearance of the fruits by imparting a gloss to the surface and reduced their weight loss and respiration rate. However, wax coating raised ethanol concentration in the fruit juice and increased fruit decay percentage.
