5种常规中草药联用对鱼害粘球菌的药效研究

PHARMACODYNAMICAL EFFECTS OF COMBINED APPLICATION OF FIVE ROUTINELY USED CHINESE MEDICINAL HERBS ON MYXOCOCCUS PISCOLA SP. NOV IN VITRO

根据K -B法、棋盘法测定大黄、黄芩、黄柏、金银花、穿心莲独用和以大黄为基础两两联用时抑制鱼害粘球菌的效果。结果表明 :单独作用时 ,穿心莲无抑菌效果 ,大黄、黄岑、黄柏、金银花的MIC分别为 :0 .0 98mg/l,1.5 6mg/l,6 .2 5mg/l,0 .196mg/l,。两两联用时 ,大黄与黄芩、大黄与金银花有协同作用 。

Kirby-Bauer test and checkboard test were made to investigate the effects of Chinese Rhuborb, Honeysockle, creat, the root of large flowered skullcap (RLS) and the bark of cork tree (BCT) used singly or in combination against Myxococcus piscola sp. nov. in vitro. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Chinese Rhuborb, RLS, BCT and honeysockle was 0.098, 1.56, 6.25 and 0.196 mg/L, respectively, while creat had no inhibitory effect on the bacterium. When used in combination, Chinese Rhubord had a syngeristic effect with RLS or honeysockle and an antagonistic effect with BCT.
