摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取桂花挥发油,以总还原力和对ABTS自由基、亚硝酸钠的清除作用为指标评价挥发油的体外抗氧化活性。25%桂花挥发油具有良好的体外抗氧化活性,且样品量与抗氧化活性存在量效关系。总还原力的吸光度为0.5,对ABTS自由基、亚硝酸钠清除率为50%时,25%桂花挥发油的体积分别为143.41,22.68,112.28μL。
The volatile oil from Osmanthus fragrans is extracted by steam distillation and its antioxi-dant activity is evaluated by total reducing power and scavenging capacity against ABTS＆#183; and sodiumnitrite.2 5 % volatile oil exhibits significant antioxidant activity in vitro with concentration-dependentfashion.When the absorbance of total reducing power is 0.5 and the scavenging rate against ABTS＆#183;and sodium nitrite is 50%,the volume of volatile oil is 1 43 .41 ,22 .6 8,1 1 2 .28 μL respectively.
