摘要
在介绍现代资本结构MM理论基本观点的同时 ,还较为详细地介绍了被修正后的现代资本结构平衡理论 ,最后以MM理论和平衡理论为基础 ,重点阐述了有关企业融资的几种抉择方法。
While interoducing the M-M theory of the modern capital structure theories, this paper gives a detailed description of the equilibrium theory, which represents a modification of the former. Based on the two theories, this paper focuses on the discussion of some choosing methods for capital collecting of firms.
