摘要
在茎瘤芥收获期,对涪陵区各乡镇收获的瘤茎随机取样,分析测定瘤茎重金属、农药残留和硝酸盐含量。结果表明:铅砷含量符合酱腌菜卫生指标,农药残留只有百菌清有2个样本检出,但都符合安全评价指标,硝酸盐含量有3个样本约高于安全评价标准,表明应进一步优化和改进栽培管理技术。
In harvest time of tumorous stem mustard,random sample tumorous stem from the villages and towns in Fuling district,analyze and detect the heavy metals,pesticide residues and nitrate con-tent in tumorous stem.The results show that the content of lead and arsenic meets the health indica-tors of pickles,and chlorothalonil only detected in two samples,but all meet the safety evaluation in-dex;the nitrate content in three samples is higher than that of safety evaluation criteria.We should further optimize and improve the cultivation and management techniques.
