摘要
疫苗接种是目前预防和控制流感大流行的最有效方法。由于流感病毒具有高度的变异性,急需研制一种通用型流感疫苗来应对流感易变异的难题。本文主要从流感病毒的保守性表位及其基于该保守表位通用型流感疫苗的研究进展,产生交叉保护作用的机制和提高交叉保护作用的途径进行了综述。
Abstract:Vaccination is the primary strategy for the prevention and control of pandemic influenza. Because influenza virus is highly variable across strains, universal influenza vaccines need to be developed to address this problem. This review describes the research progress in conserved epitopes of influenza virus, the advances in the research and development of universal influenza vaccines based on the relatively conserved sequences of NP, M2e, HA2, and headless HA, the mechanisms of cross-protection, and the methods to improve cross-protection.
