摘要
以不同倍性的亚洲百合品种为亲本进行了21组杂交,观察杂交亲本和杂交子代的染色体数目,旨在研究百合杂交亲和性与染色体倍性之间的相关性。结果发现:Renoir和Gironde为二倍体,Navona为三倍体,Detroit、Loreto和Tresor为四倍体;二倍体和四倍体百合不同倍性间杂交存在一定程度的不亲和性,杂交子代为三倍体;百合三倍体通常雄性不育,但在杂交时可以作为母本,杂交子代为非整倍体,且3x×4x杂交亲和性高于3x×2x杂交。研究结果表明,不同倍性百合品种作为亲本的杂交亲和性不同,子代的倍性也不同,这对百合育种选配亲本具有参考和指导意义。
With the aim of studying the relationship was made by conventional pollination technique, and between lily crossbreeding affinity and ploidy level, crossing the ploidy level was investigated in the present research. The results showed: (1) Renoir and Gironde are diploid, Navona is triploid, Detroit, Loreto and Tresor are tetraploid. (2) The interploidy hybridization between diploid and tetraploid lilies was not as successful as intraploidy hybridi- zation. The progenies ofinterploidy hybridization are triploidy. (3) Regardless of male sterility, triploid lilies can be used as female parents in the hybridization which the progenies are aneuploidy. 3x ×4x crosses can be cultured more successfully than 3x×2x crosses. It can be indicated that the crossbreeding affinity is relevant to ploidy levels of parents, as well as the ploidy levels of progenies, which will be beneficial for further research and in-depth exploration on ploidy crossbreeding of lily.
