摘要
NBS-LRR(nucleotide binding site-leucine rich repeat)是植物中所含抗病基因数目最多的基因家族,也是植物基因组中最大的基因家族之一。本文全面综述了国内外植物NBS-LRR抗病基因家族的研究进展,主要包括植物NBS-LRR抗病基因的克隆、结构、功能及其起源进化;进一步阐述了该基因家族在抗病基因同源序列克隆、分子标记开发、基因定位等方面的应用,同时对植物NBS-LRR抗病基因家族研究中存在的问题及未来研究方向进行了探讨。本文旨在为进一步开发和利用NBS-LRR抗病基因提供理论依据,为其他抗病基因的研究提供参考。
NBS-LRR (nucleotide binding site-leucine rich repeat) is one of the largest resistance gene families, and also the main gene families in the plant genome. In this review, we summarized the research progress of NBS-LRR resistance gene family in plants, including resistance gene cloning, structure, function, origin and evolution. Further, we discussed their application in resistance gene analog sequence cloning, molecular markers development and gene mapping. Moreover, we analyzed the problems related to NBS-LRR resistance genes during the process of researches and made future prospects. This review will provide the basis for the further development and use of NBS-LRR resistance gene, also can give a reference for other resistance gene researches.
