摘要
通过冷喷涂法在钢基体上制备Cu—Cu2O涂层,研究了浸泡时间、Cl-浓度和pH值等参数对涂层电化学性能的影响。结果表明:随着浸泡时间的延长,涂层的极限电流小幅度减小。Cl-的存在阻碍了涂层氧化膜的形成,加速了腐蚀。在pH=10的缓冲溶液中,涂层的极限电流区域较宽,氧化膜电位较高。
The Cu-Cu2O coatings on Q 235 steel were prepared by cold spray, and the effect of soaking times, Cl- concentration and pH value on the electrochemical properties of the coatings were studied. The results show that the limiting current of the coating decreased with the increase of soaking times. CI- hindered the formation of oxide film on the coating, and accelerate the corrosion. The limiting current area of the coating is wide, and the oxidation membrane potential is high in buffer solution with pH=10.
