摘要
以H112铝合金为研究对象,建立了半固态金属连续铸轧过程的数学模型,利用计算机分析了倾斜板表面合金温度场、以及轧辊孔型辊缝型腔内合金温度场的分布及变化规律。该研究可为金属铸轧工艺中的温度控制提供参考。
Taking Hl12 aluminum alloy as research object, a mathematical model of semi-solid state metal in continuous roll-casting forming process was established, the temperature field of the aluminum alloy on inclined plate surface and the distribution and variation law of temperature field in the cavity in roll gap were analyzed by computer. The study can provide a reference for the temperature filed controll of metal in roll-casting process.
