摘要
针对破碎辊在工况条件下表面发生金属块剥离、设备无法使用的现象,利用ANSYS软件对破碎辊在铸造过程中的温度场变化进行仿真计算,从而为下一步的工艺优化提供理论数据;同时还通过对破碎辊合金层的硬度测试来进一步证实仿真结果的正确性。
Aimed at the phenomenon of metal block peeling on crushing roller surface metal under working conditions, leading to equipment out of working, the ANSYS sof'cware was be used to simulation the temperature field of crushing roller in casting process, to provide optimization for next step process. At the same, the correctness of the simulation results was confirmed through testing the hardness of crushing roller.
