摘要
分析了带有两个法兰盘轴承盒的铸件结构特点和铸造工艺难点,针对铸件热节分散、阶梯孔、壁薄等特点进行了铸造工艺设计,以解决铸造过程中易出现的缩孔、缩松、错箱、错芯等缺陷,并针对不同的情况给出了不同的工艺方案,这些方案均生产出了合格的铸件。
The structure feature and casting difficulty of bearing box castings with two flanges was analyzed. According to the casting features, such as separate hotspots, step hole, shin wall and so on, the casting process was designed to solve the defects such as shrinkage, dispersed shrinkage, mold shift, core shiftand and so on. And the different casting schemes were designed according to the different instance, which all can produce high-quality qualified castings.
