摘要
从理化性能、凝固机理、冶炼浇注工艺等方面,对铸钢车轮中"亮点"产生的原因进行分析,得出了"底注包内加合金是产生亮点的主要原因,通过采取避免加合金及加大补缩量等措施,消除了"亮点"。
The causes of ＂bright spot＂ in cast steel wheels were analyzed from tphysical and chemical properties, solidification mechanism, smelting and pouring process. The results show that the main reasonfor ＂bright spot＂ is adding alloy internal bottom pouring ladle, through taking the measures to avoid adding alloy and increase the feeding amount, the ＂bright spots＂ were eliminated.
