摘要
[目的]为解决烤烟育苗前期普遍存在的光照不足、低温持续时间长而导致的育苗时间延长、烟苗素质不高、移栽偏晚等问题。[方法]施用不同浓度组合的“沃益多”(HYT)生物菌肥,设置常规对照,观察其对烟苗生长发育状况的影响。[结果]各处理烟苗株高、茎围、根长、烟苗鲜重、根系鲜重及根系活力均高于对照,且成苗时间比对照提早2~5 d,长势旺, 叶色绿,烟苗健壮。[结论]在漂浮育苗培育过程中添加HYT生物菌肥,能缩短烟苗生育期,促进烟苗的生长和根系的发育。
[ Objective] The research aimed to solve the problems such as nursery process prolonged, low quality tobacco seedlings so that transplanting delayed because of the lack of light, long-term low temperature during the earlier stage of tobacco float seedlings. [Method] Uti- lizing different concentration "WoYiDuo" (HYT) bio-fertilizer and confrol treatment, its effects on tobacco seedlings growth development were studied. [ Result J In contrast to the control, the plant height, stem circumference, root length, fresh weight and root activity of each treatment were higher and the seedling time was 2 - 5 days earlier and the tobacco seedlings had better growth that performed green leaf and robust. [ Conclusion] Adding HYT bio-fertilizer into the cultivation process of tobacco float seedlings could shorten the growth period and promote the growth and root development of tobacco seedlings.
