摘要
[目的]对荠菜不同部位的维生素B2含量进行测定。[方法]在最大激发波长为260 nm,最大发射波长为530 nm条件下,采用分子荧光法分别测定了荠菜的花、茎、叶3个部位的维生素B2含量。[结果]研究表明,荠菜中维生素B2含量最高的是叶子,其次是花,而茎的维生素B2含量是最少的。[结论]研究可为合理食用荠菜及进一步研究利用荠菜提供依据。
[ Objective] To determine vitamin B2 content in different parts of shepherd's-purse. [ Method ] Under the maximum excitation wavelength of 260 nm, the maximum emission wavelength of 530 nm, molecular fluorescence method was used to determine vitamin B2 content in flower, stem and leaf of shepherd' s-purse with. [ Result] The results showed that the content of vitamin B2 in the leaves is the highest, fol- lowed by flowers, and the content of vitamin B2 in stems is minimal. [ Conclusion] The study can provide a basis for further utilization and research of shepherd' s-purse.
