I do not recognize Mr. Lu Yushun, one day I met with his painting, and then was attracted by some kind of strange expression and vague atmosphere of his painting. In Bahuang series, I read a Yushun style disparate from oth- er artists and full of new humanistic connotation, and seize an aesthetic chaos. In Tangren Poetics series, the tradi- tional artistic charm is interpreted in a modena way. A great amount of sketching in foreign countries is an important part of his works, which absorb western painting suirit in Chinese painting skills.
