Rapid Diagnosis of Avian Influenza with RT-PCR Technique

禽流感是危害养禽业最重要的传染病之一 ,但目前尚无快速特异的检测方法。研究采用RT -PCR技术建立了禽流感的诊断方法。实践表明 ,该法快速特异 。

Avian influenza is one of the severest infectious diseases of poultry,but the fast and specific diagnosis of this disease has not been established at present.A detective method of rapid diagnosis of this disease was established in this study by using RT-PCR technique.It has been showed through the test that the method is fast and specific,and has a potential value for diagnosis of the avian influenza.
