血清基质金属蛋白酶-9与进展性缺血性脑卒中相关性研究

Research on correlation between serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 and progressive ischemic stroke

目的 探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）和进展性缺血性脑卒中的相关性.方法 30例进展性缺血性脑卒中病人为PIS组,30例门诊非进展性缺血性脑卒中病人为非PIS组,30例门诊体检健康者作为对照组.通过ELISA法测定各组患者的MMP-9含量来分析MMP-9和进展性缺血性脑卒中的相关性.结果 第2d、第7d,与对照组、非PIS组对比,PIS组的MMP-9含量在同一时间点要高于其余两组（P＜0.05）;且非PIS组的MMP-9含量明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.经过直线回归分析可知,PIS组中随着MMP-9水平不断升高,PIS的危险性呈现升高趋势.结论 MMP-9水平与进展性缺血性脑卒中具有正相关性,MMP-9含量升高,PIS的危险性呈升高趋势.MMP-9是进展性缺血性脑卒中的危险因素,值得重视.

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and progressive ischemic stroke （PIS）.Methods 30 cases of PIS patients were selected as PIS group,30 cases of outpatient non-ischemic stroke patients were chosen as non-PIS group,and 30 cases of outpatient healthy people were selected as control group.Patients＇ MMP-9 in each group was measured by ELISA method to analyze the correlation of MMP-9 and PIS.Results Comparing control group and non-PIS group at the 2nd day and 7th day,MMP-9 levels in PIS group at the same point were higher than those of the other two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.MMP-9 levels in non-PIS group at the 2nd day and 7th day were higher than those of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Linear regression analysis showed that,with MMP-9 levels rising in PIS group,the danger of PIS presented an increasing trend.Conclusion MMP-9 level and PIS have a positive correlation.With MMP-9 level increasing,the danger of PIS presents an increasing trend.MMP-9 is a risk factor for ischemic stroke in progress,and it is worthy of attention.
