神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿重度窒息后脑损伤的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿重度窒息后脑损伤的临床疗效及用药安全性.方法 将46例因重度窒息后致脑损伤的新生儿随机分为对照组与观察组.对照组使用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规方法上加用神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗,对比两组的临床疗效及药物不良反应.结果 观察组患儿各项症状、体征、神经行为及影像学的恢复时间都较对照组短,观察组影像学恢复效果较好,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿重度窒息后脑损伤临床疗效显著,病情症状恢复时间短,近远期后遗症少,治愈率高. Objective To study the clinical curative effect and drug safety of Ganglioside combined with brain protein hydrolysate treating neonatal severe asphyxia head injury.Methods 46 cases with severe asphyxia newborns after brain injury were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group used conventional treatment.Observation group in the conventional method with ganglioside combined with brain protein hydrolysate treatment.Comparison of two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse drug reactions was analyzed.Results Nervous behavior and imaging observation group with the symptoms and signs of recovery time was short.Observation group imaging recovery effect was good.After comparison the two groups showed statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside combined with brain protein hydrolysate treating neonatal severe asphyxia head injury has remarkable clinical curative effect.Symptoms of illness recovery time is short,with less recent and long-term sequelae,and high cure rate.
