后组脑神经损伤导致吞咽障碍的护理体会

Nursing care experience on dysphagia induced by cranial nerve injury

目的 探讨后组颅神经损伤后导致的吞咽困难障碍的有效护理措施,提高患者的生活质量.方法 选取我院2012年3月至2013年2月间神经外科收治的70例后组脑神经合并吞咽困难障碍患者进行有针对性的心理护理、相关功能训练,做好病情观察以及预防并发症的护理、健康宣教等等.结果 70例患者恢复良好,综合护理配合治疗后吞咽障碍程度Ⅰ级50例,占71.4％,Ⅱ级15例,占21.4％,Ⅲ级5例,占7.2％.大部分患者的吞咽功能都得到了明显的改善.结论 对后组脑神经损伤导致的吞咽障碍患者及时进行训练以及个性化的护理措施,对恢复其进食能力、增加生活质量是非常必要的.

Objective To investigate the effective nursing interventions on dysphagia after cranial nerve injury to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods 70 cases from neurosurgery of our hospital from March 2012 to February 2013 were selected and given psychological care and relevant functional trainings,patient＇s condition and prevented complications were observed,health education was conducted.Results 70 patients recovered well,dysphagia were cured effectively on varying degrees [50 cases （71.4％）of grade Ⅰ,15cases （21.4％） of grade Ⅱ,5 cases （7.2％）of grade Ⅲ].The swallowing functions were obviously improved in most of the patients.Conclusion Training patients with dysphagia after cranial nerve injury timely and make personalized care on them is good for recovering their eating ability and enhance their quality of life.
