几丁糖联合针灸对腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻的预防效果观察

Observation of the preventive effect of chitosan combined with acupuncture on abdominal postoperative adhesive ileus

目的 观察几丁糖联合针灸对腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻的预防效果.方法 回顾2012年1月至2013年6月于我院行腹部手术患者46例,按随机数字表法将其分成实验组26例,对照组20例.手术过程中,单独应用几丁糖为对照组,应用几丁糖并给予针灸治疗为实验组,比较两组粘连性肠梗阻发生情况.结果 实验组0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级粘连性肠梗阻例数分别为23例、1例、0例、0例,对照组分别为18例、1例、1例、0例,实验组粘连性肠梗阻发生率为3.85％,对照组发生率为10.00％,实验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 与对照组相比,实验组腹部手术患者粘连性肠梗阻的预防效果更佳,说明联合应用几丁糖与针灸治疗腹部手术患者,可改善预后,提高其生存质量.

Objective To observe the preventive effect of chitosan combined with acupuncture on abdominal postoperative adhesive ileus.Methods 46 patients undergoing abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were divided into experimental group and control group according to a random number table,26 cases in experimental group and 20 cases in control group.In the surgical procedure,control group received chitosan,while experimental group received chitosan and acupuncture.The incidence of adhesive ileus in two groups was compared.Results In experimental group,there were 23 cases of grade 0 adhesive ileus,1 case of grade Ⅰ ; in control group,there were 18 cases of grade 0 adhesive ileus,1 case of grade Ⅰ,1 case of grade Ⅱ.The incidence of adhesive ileus in experimental group was 3.85%,that in control group was 10.00%,with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Chitosan combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients undergoing abdominal surgery can improve the prognosis and their quality of life.
