摘要宫角妊娠（cornual pregnancy，CP）是指受精卵在靠近子宫与输卵管开口交界处的宫角部着床并生长发育，因孕囊周围血运非常丰富且包绕的肌层较薄，一旦发生破裂，易引起失血性休克。宫角妊娠采用保守治疗效果并不确切，而手术治疗风险较高，甚至使患者丧失生育能力，不易被患者接受。
