企业衍生视角下的经济演化

The “Enterprise Spin-off” Perspective on Economic Evolution

企业裂变、孵化、分蘖衍生的实际经济过程具有明显经济演化的特质,对企业层面的"惯例"传递和产业层面的技术制度变革起着重要作用。然而,现代经济演化理论一直缺少关于企业衍生问题的一种专有理论视域,导致对经济演化过程与机理的解释认知始终停留在即有企业的界面上,而不能在一个企业生生不息的衍生变化流中,来考察和把握经济演化变迁的真谛。将企业衍生问题纳入现代经济演化理论的内在逻辑环链当中,从企业衍生角度对企业演化和产业演化过程进行理论拓展,分析企业"惯例"如何经由企业衍生环节在企业代际之间延续与传递;并且在此基础上,建立企业"惯例"传递的两阶段模型,分析产业演化的不同类型、过程,以及区域性产业集群发展演化不同路径的分岔逻辑,是经济演化理论研究深化的一个重要理论任务。

A series of economic procession on enterprise fission derivation, hatching derivation and tillering der- ivation have some obvious economic evolution characteristics. It has an important effect on the ＂route＂ inheritance at the enterprise level. Nevertheless, modern economic evolution theory has been lack of a proprietary theory per- spective about enterprise spin -off, which causes the cognition about economic evolution process and mechanism stays on the level of the existing enterprises. This paper aims to take the enterprise spin - off mechanism into the in- ternal modern evolutionary economics theory. It makes an important theoretical development on the process of enter- prise spin - off and industry evolution, and analyzes how ＂route＂ inherits between enterprises generations. On this basis, two - stage model of enterprise ＂route＂ inheritance is proposed. Furthermore, this article analyzes different types or processes of industry evolving, and it presents an unusual logic on regional industry cluster evolution paths.
