依据增长极理论及双核空间结构模式理论,黄河三角洲经济区的开发应以顶点城市选择建设为突破口.山东省东营市位于黄河三角洲顶点位置,具有区位优势,石油、土地等资源丰富,工业基础及交通设施在区域内具有比较优势.另外,依据因子分析结果,东营在三角洲区域内总体竞争力居于首位.因此,从绝对量和相对量综合分析,东营成为黄河三角洲顶点城市的必然选择.东营应立足黄河三角洲的整体开发,明确顶点城市定位,加快自身基础建设,发挥龙头带动作用,带动整个区域经济的快速发展.

The development of the Yellow River Delta economic zone begins with the rise and construction of the apex city according to the growth pole theory and dual core spatial structure model. Dongying is located in the vertex positions of Yellow River Delta, which has rich oil and land resource and has advantages in the industry foundation and traffic facilities. According to the factor analysis, Dongying is the most competitive in delta area. Therefore, Dongying is inevitably choosed as the apex city. Dongying should,make clear its position in the delta based on the deha＇s overall development, speed up its construction and drive the development of the whole region.
