摘要
目的：测定香砂养胃丸中橙皮苷的含量。方法：采用HPLC法，以十八烷基硅胶键合硅胶为填充剂，流动相为甲醇-水（60：40），检测波长为284nm，流速为1.0ml·min-1。结果：橙皮苷进样量在0．09551～0．955131xg范围内与峰面积具良好的线性关系（r=0．99999）；平均甲样回收率为98．9％，RSD值0．6％（n=6）。结论：该方法稳定、准确，可用于香砂养胃丸的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Hesperidin in Xiangshayangwei Pills. Methods： The HPLC method was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol -water （60：40 ） . The detection wavelength was at 284nm with the flow rate of 1.0ml·min- 1 . Results The linear range of Forsythin was 0. 09551 -- 0. 95513 μg （r = 0. 99999 ） . The average recov- ery rate was 98.9%, RSD =0. 6% （n =6） . Conclusion： The method is stable and accurate. It can be used in the quality control of Xiangshayangwei Pills.
