摘要
为了研究三位换向滑阀对中性对其压力损失的影响 ,以 34D- 10 BO型三位换向滑阀为试件 ,对不同对中误差下试件的压力损失进行测量 .结果表明 :对中误差增大 ,试件压力损失增加 ,对试验结果与理论计算进行了比较 ,据此提出了在元件生产过程中应保证加工精度 ,减少对中误差 。
The loss of pressure under different alignment errors was checked by using 34D 10BO reversal value as trial component.The results show that its loss of pressure increases with the enlargement of alignment error.According to the comparisons between theoretical calculation and experimental result,it is pointed out that machining accuracy should be guaranted to reduce alignment error in the course of the production of components.In this way,the yield of hydraulic elements in batch production can be promoted.
