摘要
参照美国EPA 80 0 0系列方法及质量保证和质量控制 (QA/QC) ,对珠江三角洲河流和河口表层沉积物中的有机氯农药、多氯联苯(PCBs)和多环芳烃 (PAHs)进行了定量分析。与世界各地表层沉积物中毒害有机污染物的浓度进行对比 ,分析了珠江三角洲地区沉积物的污染现状 ;与国外生态风险评价标准对比表明 。
The organochlorine pesticides,polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs),and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in surface sediments from rivers and estuary of Pearl River Delta were analyzed quantitatively,based on US EPA 8000 series methods and under quality assurance and quality control(QA/QC).The pollution situation of sediments from Pearl River Delta was assessed by comparisons to the concentration ranges of toxic organic compounds found in surface sediments over the world.In addition,the comparisons of the concentrations of a number of organic compounds to the biologic threshold from abroad indicated that the sediments from Guangzhou channel and Macao estuary were most likely to pose biological impairment.
