摘要
以涤纶织物为基体,采用超声辐射结合化学氧化法制备聚吡咯/涤纶复合导电织物.研究制备聚吡咯导电织物的最佳工艺,以及掺杂表面活性剂对导电织物的影响.采用IR、SEM、TG和电磁屏蔽效能测试等对复合导电织物进行表征,研究表明:聚吡咯进入渗入纤维内部,表面活性剂的加入使复合导电织物的热稳定性降低,制备出复合导电织物的表面电阻达到7Ω,导电织物的电磁屏蔽效能达到19 dB,导电织物的环境稳定性好.
Viaed ultrasonic radiation and in situ polymerization preparated polypyrrole conductive fabric the polyester fabric as substrate was been studied. The conductive fabric was characterized by SEM, IR, TG, electromagnetic shielding effectiveness testing and environmental stability testing. et. The results showed that : the polypyrrole adsorbed on the surface of the fabric ; polypyrrole penetrated into the interior of the fabric,which increased the erystallinity; Added surfactant caused the thermal stability of polypyrrole conductive fabric reduced;The conductivity of polypyrrole fabric reached 7 Ω on the surface; The polypyrrole conductive fabric electromagnetic shielding effectiveness to achieved 19 dB and Showed good environmental stability.
