新型机械振动台的圆锥滚子力学特性

摘要 提出了新型机械振动台的基本结构和工作原理,重点研究机械振动台激振元件——圆锥滚子的力学特性.采用拟静力学方法研究了圆锥滚子的各种受力情况,分析了圆锥滚子的流体动力模型和摩擦力模型,建立了圆锥滚子的力和力矩平衡方程,发现在满足平衡状况下,可实现新型机械振动台的上下振动;用ANSYS软件对圆锥滚子进行了瞬态动力学分析,并对其在一个运动周期内的应力分布响应进行了仿真,所得受力变形图表明,运动过程中圆锥滚子应力变化不大,满足设计要求. This paper puts forwards the basic structure and working principle of a new-type mechanical vibration table.It mainly investigates the mechanical characteristics of the vibration component-tapered roller.In the inves-tigation,the quasi-static method is used to analyze the force situation of the tapered roller,and the hydrodynamic model as well as the friction force model of the tapered roller is established.Then,the force and moment balance equations of the tapered roller are derived,from which it is found that the up-and-down vibration of the mechanical vibration table can be realized in an equilibrium condition.Finally,a transient dynamic analysis of the tapered roller is carried out with ANSYS and the stress distribution response of the tapered roller in one movement cycle is simula-ted.The stress deformation curve obtained by simulation shows that the mechanical vibration table meets the design requirements well,with only a slight stress change occurring during the movement of the tapered roller.
