磁共振TRICKS技术在下肢血管成像的应用

Clinical Utility of Time-Resolved Imaging of Contrast Kinetics(TRICKS) Magnetic Resonance Angiography(MRA) for Lower Extremities

目的：探讨TRICKS技术在下肢血管成像中的应用。方法：选择疑似下肢血管病变的20例患者进行TRICKS检查。使用Medrad公司的高压注射器,团注30ml钆喷酸葡胺（GD-DTPA）,注射速度为2ml/s,并用30ml生理盐水维持静脉通道,分别采集蒙片、动脉期、门脉期、延时期图像。结果：20例患者原始图象均能重建双下肢血管图象,其中36条腿动脉血管能清晰显影并达到诊断目的,4条腿动脉期显示不佳。采用二次分布估计总体95%的可信区间为76%～97%。结论：利用TRICKS技术（MRI对比增强血管造影技术）能清晰地显示下肢各期血管,尤其是动脉期。

Objective：Study the clinical utility of Time-Resolved Imaging of Contrast Kinetics （TRICK）. Methods： 20 patients respectively with popliteal artery occlusion and arterial occlusion of lower extremity have been identified for this study. TRICK was performed. High pressure syringe made by Medrad Company has been used for injection of 30ml of GD-DTPA for bolus-chase with 2ml/s, then the injection of normal saline to maintain the vein channel. The image acquisition of arterial phase, portal venal phase and late phase has been performed. Results：All 20 patients were able to rebuild the original image of lower extremities vascular imaging.36 leg arteries clear imaging and diagnostic purposes.4 leg arteries showed poorly. Uses two distribution estimate overall 95%credible sector is 76%~97%.Conclusion：TRICK MRA （MRI compared to contrast angiography） is an accurate method of examination lower limb blood vessels.
