椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定法治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效

Pedicle Screw Combined with Clinical Efficacy for the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Spine Fractures Connecting Rod Fixed

目的:探讨椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院2009年1月到2009年12月之间收录的40例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者采取椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定进行治疗,观察治疗前后的观察治疗前、后椎体的高度和Cobb's角度以及VAS评分、JOA评分等情况。结果:通过手术治疗前后的观察比较,患者在治疗后的前、后椎体的高度和Cobb's角度均较治疗前的前、后椎体的高度和Cobb's角度有明显的改善,数据的比较具有明显的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且治疗后的VAS评分、JOA评分较治疗前的VAS评分、JOA评分有明显的改善,数据的比较具有明显的差异,(P<0.05),有统计学意义。而且本组的40例患者在治疗中无任何的不良反应情况出现,恢复较好。结论:临床中胸腰段脊柱骨折患者采取椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定治疗具有较好的应用效果,而且术后恢复快,稳定性高,并发症少,值得临床中应用。

Objective：To investigate the pedicle screw joint connection rod fixation of the thoracolumbar spine fractures clinical effect. Methods：Our hospital between January 2009 to December 2009 included 40 cases of thoracolumbar spine fracture patients to take pedicle screw joint connection rod fixation treatment, observed before and after treatment, observation and treatment before and after the vertebral height and Cobb＇s angle and VAS scores, JOA score, etc.. Results：Through the observation of the before and after surgical treatment of patients before and after treatment of vertebral height and Cobb＇s angle than before treatment, before, after the vertebral body height and Cobb＇s angle a significant improvement, the comparison of the data has obvious the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. VAS score after treatment, the VAS score JOA score than before treatment, JOA score significantly improved data have obvious differences, （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. And the group of 40 patients in the treatment without any adverse reaction occurs, better recovery. Conclusion：The clinical thoracolumbar spine fracture patients to take pedicle screw fixation of joint connecting rod has a better effect, and rapid postoperative recovery, high stability, fewer complications, and worthy of clinical application.
