57例糖尿病合并高血压患者降压治疗临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 57 Cases of Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension by Antihypertensive Therapy

目的：观察分析纯西医疗法关于糖尿病合并高血压患者降压治疗的效果。方法：选取我院综合内科在2010年11月～2012年11月期间收入的57例经体检与实验室检查确诊为糖尿病合并高血压患者，所有患者均给予西药控糖治疗，在此基础上可给予洛汀新片、吲达帕胺片、依那普利片、硝苯地平缓释片、特拉唑嗪片、氯沙坦片中的一种或几种进行降压治疗，最后分析疗效，以治疗有效率为观察指标。结果：经治疗观察，所有患者治疗有效数为46例，效果不佳数为11例，治疗有效率为80.7%。结论：对于糖尿病合并高血压患者，行纯西医疗法降压，效果良好，值得在临床内分泌科广泛推行。

Objective：To observe the analysis pure western medicine therapy on patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension that antihypertensive treatment effect. Results：After treatment, all patients to observe the effective number for 46 cases, the effect is not good for the number 11 cases, treatment effective rate was 80.7%. Conclusion：For diabetes mellitus and hypertension patients, line pure western medicine therapy decompression, the effect is good, is worth in clinical endocrinology widely practiced.
