腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Operation in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:观察异位妊娠患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:80例异位妊娠患者采用气管插管全麻,实施腹腔镜手术,根据患者对生育的要求选择不同手术方式。结果:80例均于镜下成功完成手术过程,无中转开腹,未发生手术并发症,手术时间平均(55.69±11.34)min、术中出血(87.20±10.46)ml、肛门排气(1.22±0.12)天、术后镇痛2例(2.50%)、术后愈合好,住院时间(4.22±1.35)天。结论:腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠损伤小,出血少,恢复快,住院时间短,值得临床应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ectopic pregnancy patients with laparoscopic operation treatment, and to explore its clinical application value. Methods：80 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients with tracheal intubation anesthesia, laparoscopic operation, according to the different operation method in patients with fertility requirements. Results：80 cases were successfully completed in endoscopic operation process, no conversion to open surgery, no operation complications, the mean operation time （55.69±11.34） min, intraoperative hemorrhage （87.20±10.46） ml, anal exhaust （1.22±0.12） days, postoperative analgesia in 2 cases （2.50%）, postoperative healing well, the hospitalization time （4.22±1.35） days. Conclusion： Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy less injury, less bleeding, quick recovery, short hospitalization time, is worthy of clinical application.
