腹腔镜手术治疗外伤性脾破裂36例的临床研究体会

Clinical Research and Experience about the Treatment of 36 Cases Traumatic Spleen Rupture by Using Taparoscopic Surgical

目的:探讨和研究使用腹腔镜技术手术治疗外伤性脾破裂的临床体会。方法:全取三年来我院使用腹腔镜和传统开腹手术治疗外伤性脾破裂各36例和58例的病历和随访资料进行回顾性分析和讨论。结果:将腹腔镜组与开腹组在手术时间、术中出血量、镇痛剂使用率、肛门排气时间、并发症、住院时间和病员满意度等方面进行比较,P<0.05,腹腔镜组明显优于开腹组。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗外伤性脾破裂,具有易操作、创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快,住院时间短、患者依从性高等优点,是一个理想的手术方式,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective：To study and research clinical research and experience about the treatment of traumatic spleen rupture by using laparoscopic surgical. Methods：We will get the 36 cases and follow-up data about the use of laparoscopic and 58 cases and follow-up data about traditional opening operation for treating traumatic spleen rupture to analyze and discuss. Results：We get a result of （P〈0.05） by comparing with the surgical time, the quantity of bleeding laparoscopy , the rate of using the analgesic , the time of venting, complications and being in hospital and the degree of satisfaction of patients. There are so significances of statistics. Obviously. laparoscopic group is superior to laparotomy group . Conclusion：Laparoscopic operation is an ideal way of surgery that is easy to handle. Meanwhile, it has some advantages including small trauma, light pain, quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization time, higher patient compliance and so on. So, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
